New issue

This page never deletes an old letter. It downloads a new issue file. Put that file in public/issues/ and rebuild. Same-named files are refused.

From the project root:
python3 scripts/publish_letter.py --title "Your headline" --dek "One-line lede" --cover images/cover-squeeze.png --body-file notes.md
Then refresh this site. Covers on disk: cover-squeeze, cover-eighty, cover-pullback, cover-council, cover-after-prints, cover-september-box, cover-warsh-morning, cover-bang-scalp, cover-thirty-eight, masthead.

Educational research only. The publisher script will not overwrite an existing issue id.
